St Andrew's School

The department organizes a number of activities throughout the year. Educational outings and field trips are arranged by teachers of all age groups. Visits to the Radio Telescope, the Rajiv Ghandi Science Centre, sugar mills, etc. are always well appreciated by pupils. Since a few years now, the end of first term sees the running of Open Day.

At the end of term I, OPEN DAY at SAS is an opportunity for parents to discover what their wards are doing at school. Pupils spend weeks preparing science exhibits, artworks and culinary appetizers. Below are some snapshots of the Physics exhibits taken at Open Day 2007
