The staff of the biology department is all fully qualified with long years of experience.

The biology laboratory is excellently equipped and has been accredited grade A by the Private Secondary Schools Authority.  Pupils enjoy various demonstrations in lower classes.  Group practical activity is organized every two weeks for forms IV and V students, while pupils of HSC enjoy the privilege of individual practical activity every week. 

The department caters for a personal development program, designed to help students develop those skills that are vital for a successful career in the years to come: leadership, team work, effectiveness.
